I have nothing to complain, the InCharge XL cables are beautiful.
I ordered an inCharge XL cable and I’m very happy with the quality and versatility it provides for connecting devices with different ports. Having USB-A, USB-C, Micro-USB and Lightning connectivity all in one cable is simply amazing.
I received 3 of the cable sets my youngest is about to start college so I gave her one set and she loves it especially the length. It seems all kids are iphone users and Apple makes the worst factory charging cable they always break in the same spot. With the Incharge XL cables I know broken lightning cables are a thing of the past.

This is the 3rd product inCharge XL 300cm that I have purchased. I use this and a 100-watt charger to charge my laptop with that extra long cord. All their products are well made.
I received my me in charge XL cable, but one didn't work. After reaching out and uploading a short video showing the cable plugging in and not being recognised, I was about a replacement was on its way, which promptly arrived a couple of days later. Excellent customer service and the first time I've ever had an issue with the cable after offering various types since the original, so happy to continue to recommend.
