    For a company based in Switzerland is a bummer, that the homepage is only in English. My relatives don't speak English. How can I now recommend your company to them?

    So close to perfection

    The inCharge X is really amazing. It is small enough to fit into my purse without getting dangled among other things like regular long cables. Best of all it has the ability to charge different devices without the need for multiple cables. Unfortunately, it does have one issue: The USB-C output cable sits flush with the body and therefore cannot be plugged into my Samsung when it has a case. So I cannot charge my phone via USB-A to USB-C. Luckily, I found that if I connect the USB-C input to my phone and the USB-C output to the charger it will still charge my phone, I just have to use a USB-C adapter/powerbank. The input USB-C has the arms further down which allows it just fit into my phone with its case on. Thus, this would be perfect, if only the USB-C output had an extension like the one on the lightning or if the arms were placed further down the body. It does come with a cap, though, unlike the inCharge 6 which is nice.

    Great Charger! Super convenient for Travel

    I really like this to travel with, I only need to carry one cord for my whole trip. I have this and the In Charge X Max. My only complaint is the lightning/micro usb side does not indicate which side is "UP" to use the Micro usb. I am not super techy, but I think it would be nice to have that indicator so I don't shove the wrong side in my device. Just a suggestion!

    Almost Perfect

    First, I want to say this thing has been a lifesaver for both my friends and me; I liked it so much, that I jumped on purchasing the XL cables when they were available. I purchased this one through the IndieGoGo campaign and it was housed on my keyring - successfully - for months. I say "was" because two things have happened; 1)perhaps a month into having the incharge X, one of the magnets must have come loose and is missing. This wasn't too much of an issue until 2) the protective end casing came off and is also now lost. This means I can't close the incharge X to keep it attached to anything, let alone my keyring. One thing I really like about the XLs is that the protective caps are attached to the cord, though I realize that takes away from the sleekness of the design. Regardless it would likely not have been an issue if the magnet weren't missing.
